Diese Woche erscheint ein Remake aus der PS1-Ära. Im Action-Adventure „Oddworld: Soulstorm“ übernehmt ihr die Rolle von Mudokon Abe und müsst zahlreiche Rätsel lösen, um eure Gefolgsleute vor der Vernichtung zu retten.

Oddworld: Soulstorm
„Oddworld: Soulstorm“ ist ein Remake der bekannten „Oddworld“-Reihe, die damals auf der Playstation erschienen ist. Das Remake basiert auf „Oddworld: Abe’s Exoddus“ und ist die direkte Nachfolge von „Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee – New ’n‘ Tasty“, welches ein Remake des ersten Teils der Reihe ist.
Im Spiel selbst übernehmt ihr die Kontrolle über Abe, einen der liebenswerten Mudokons. Als Abe schleicht ihr euch durch eine Fabrik, in der eure Gefolgsleute zu Getränken verarbeitet werden sollen. Ihr müsst zahlreiche Rätsel lösen und eure Fähigkeiten einsetzen, um nach und nach eure Freunde zu befreien und eine Revolte in der Fabrik anzuzetteln. Diesmal endet die Geschichte aber nicht wie im Original „Abe´s Exoddus“, sondern wird anders weitererzählt.
Als kleiner Bonus landet das Spiel direkt zum Release in Sonys Abo-Service PS Plus und soll laut Entwickler Oddworld Inhabitants auf der Playstation 5 auch das DualSense-Feature des Controllers unterstützen.
